Ticket Info

Dfest tickets go on sale online Saturday, March 7, 2009 at Noon central standard time. Early Bird Tickets will only be available online until supplies are sold out. Then Advanced tickets will be available for sale online and at all Ticketstorm.com Ticket Outlets and Select Arvest Bank locations. Outlet locations will be announced on April 7th and Ticket Outlet sales will begin April 11th. All online tickets sales are handled by Ticketstorm.com

General Admission Tickets

This year one-day and two-day tickets will be available to attend the Dfest Music Festival. Conference badges will also be on sale and include access to the conference plus access to both nights of the music festival. There will be a limited number of two-day passes for sale and two-day passes will not be available at walk-up. All ticket passes are exchanged at the Dfest box office for a festival wristband. Buying in advance saves time and money.

Two-Day Passes ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT WALK-UP. If you plan in advance to come to Dfest Music Festival Both nights, then you must buy your two-day pass (to save money) in advance. Otherwise you'll have to buy a pass to get in each day at walk-up, no exceptions.

Wristband Redemption

All passes (1-Day and 2-Day) bought in advance are redeemed for a festival wristband (Friday 1-Day, Saturday 1-Day, or Two-Day Pass) in the Wristband Redemption window at the Dfest Arvest/Ticketstorm Box Office, which must then be worn to gain entry into all festival stage areas and entry into participating venues (subject to age and capacity restrictions.) If you bought a VIP package with the 2-Day Wristband go to the Will Call window at the box office to pick up your 2-Day Wristband for entrance to festival areas and participating venues, and Accompanying VIP Band for entrance to VIP areas at the festival.

The Arvest/Ticketstorm Box Office is located in the lot west of Dirty's Tavern at 2nd & Elgin. Hours for the ticket booth are daily July 24-25 from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. We are prepared for 25,000+ folks each day to show up to redeem their wristbands for passes they bought at a ticket outlet or online, so there won't be long lines, but you must exchange your ticket/pass for a wristband before you can get access to the festival stage areas and/or Dfest venues.

If you buy a conference badge that comes with a 2-day pass, with or without the VIP, you will need to come to the Conference registration booth at the Crowne Plaza Hotel to get your badge and wristband, (and VIP if you bought the VIP Conference Badge/2-Day Pass package.)

What's New In 2009 With Ticketing and Gating at Dfest 2009?

To ensure safety and security and deal with crowd control issues, Dfest 2009 has a new gating and security check system in place at the entrances of both festival stages. You will be required to show your wristband at the security checkpoint and will be subject to bag check and/or security wand.

The Registration Booth is located in the lower lobby of the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Crowne Plaza is at 100 East 2nd Street.

Prices do not include shipping charges. If you choose to have your tickets shipped there is an additional charge of $2.50 per order.

Guard your tickets carefully - just like cash! There will be absolutely no reissues for lost or stolen tickets!

You will be notified via email when your tickets have been shipped, or you can simply print your tickets online. All tickets will need to be scanned at the wristband redemption booth to exchange for a wristband. Once your ticket has been scanned, it will no longer be available for wristband redemption.

All sales are FINAL!!!
There will be no reissues for lost or stolen tickets.
Dfest Music Conference + Festival will take place rain or shine.

No skateboards, roller skates, bicycles or scooters or personal motorized vehicles will be permitted (This includes, but is not limited to: golf carts, ATV's motor scooters, and powered skateboards). For safety reasons, any vehicle that would carry you faster than a walking pace will not be allowed.
NO GLASS CONTAINERS OF ANY KIND!! (Including all glass food and drink containers – No glass pickle jars!)
No outside food or beverages with the exception of factory sealed water bottles
No Carts
No Large chains or spiked jewelry
No explosives
No chairs
No tents
No coolers
No moshing
No Professional Photography Equipment (Small hand held cameras without additional lenses are fine)

Children of all ages will be welcome. Tickets will be required for children 6 and older. Please be aware that some club stages are not all ages and are 21+ only.
