When & Where
Dfest is July 25-26, 2008 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The conference is held in the Crowne Plaza Hotel located at 100 East Second Street in downtown Tulsa. The festival grounds are in walking distance in the entertainment district known as the Blue Dome District located between 1st and 2nd and Detroit and Elgin Streets.
Registration for Dfest Music Conference
Place: Located in the upper lobby of the Crowne Plaza Hotel at 100 East Second Street
Hours: Thursday, July 24, 2:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
Friday, July 25, 10:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Saturday, July 26, 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Conference
Place: Located in the Promenade Ballrooms of the Crowne Plaza Hotel at 100 East Second Street
Doors: 11:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. daily July 25-26
Hours: 12:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. daily July 25-26
Festival
Place: Located in the Blue Dome District of Tulsa, Oklahoma between 1st & 2nd Streets and Elgin & Detroit
Gates: 4:00 p.m-2:00 a.m. daily July 25-26 for festival stages
Doors: 5:00 p.m.*-2:00 a.m. daily July 25-26 for Dfest venues.
*Some venues may have regular hours during the day, but the wristband policy will be in full force and effect beginning at 5:00 p.m. at all Dfest venues. Some venues will not be open because stages are being set.
Hours: 6:00 p.m.-2:00 a.m. daily July 25-26 for performances on outdoor festival stages.
7:00 p.m.-2:00 a.m. daily July 25-26 for performances in Dfest venues.

Location: The lot west of Dirty's Tavern at 2nd & Elgin.
Hours: 2:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m. daily July 25-26
There are lines for wristband redemption for advanced ticket holders, will call, cash sales, and credit card sales in this area.
We are prepared for tens of thousands of folks to show up to redeem their wristbands for tickets they bought at a ticket outlet or online, so there won't be long lines, but you must redeem your ticket for a wristband before you can get access to the festival stage areas and/or Dfest venues.

What To Bring
Here is what we recommend you bring to the Dfest Music Festival:
- Sunscreen
- A hat for shade
- A bandanna
- Sunglasses
- Earplugs
- A designated driver (if you're not staying at the hotel)
- The designated driver should keep an extra set of keys to keep with you at all times (Avoid keeping keys in your car!)
- Camera (disposable)
- Pen and paper for names, addresses, memories, and setlists!
- Money to buy food, drinks, Dfest merch, and band merch and items from our vendors!
If you forget to bring cash, we have ATMs onsite, plus the venues do take credit/debit cards as well as the box office. -
Prohibited Items
- No Weapons of any kind
- No Fireworks
- No explosives
- No Illegal Substances
- No Carts
- No unauthorized/unlicensed/unapproved vending will be allowed
- No Large backpacks
- No outside alcohol (do not "bring your own alcohol, alcohol is sold at Dfest)
- No outside food or beverages with the exception of factory sealed water bottles
- No coolers
- No skateboards, roller skates, bicycles or scooters or personal motorized vehicles will be permitted (This includes, but is not limited to: golf carts, ATV's motor scooters, and powered skateboards). For safety reasons, any vehicle that would carry you faster than a walking pace will not be allowed.
- No Large chains or spiked jewelry
- No chairs
- No tents
- No moshing
- NO GLASS CONTAINERS OF ANY KIND! (This includes, but is not limited to: glass bottles, glass food jars, and anything made of glass). All glass containers will be confiscated upon entry to the festival and no exceptions will be made
- No Professional Photography Equipment (small hand held cameras without additional lenses are fine)
- NO PETS!

WATER AT DFEST:
The Dfest Music Festival provides potable water in our med tents for fans that get too hot. There are also plenty of stands where you can buy bottled water. Additionally, we have mist tents where you can walk through and cool off.
